What does made-to-order mean?

Made to order is food prepared specifically to what the guest’s request, right in front of them.

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date, a contract is created for you that needs to be signed and returned with a deposit.

How far in advance should I reserve a date?

Dates are on a first come, first serve basis. Dates fill quickly during holidays, such as Valentine’s Day, Easter/Passover, Mother’s day, Labor Day, and Christmas/Hanukkah.

What is the smallest party that we cater?

We have a minimum of 30 guests. If you have less than 30 guests, please contact our catering specialist.

What if I have more than expected guests?

If you have more guests than expected, our staff will feed them as long as we have enough food. We guarantee to feed the number of guests stated on the contract. It’s highly recommended booking a couple extra for any unexpected guests.

When is the final guest count due?

The final guest count is due 5 business days prior to the event.

What is our cancellation policy?

If you cancel your event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, we will apply it towards your next event, if the event takes place within 7 days of the canceled event date.

Do we setup outside?

Unfortunately, we do not set up outside. Our food spread must be set up indoors.

Do I have to provide anything for the event?

All we ask is that you provide two 6 foot tables for the staff to setup on. More than 2 tables may be required depending on the menu selection. Ask our catering specialist for further details.

Do I have to do anything before the staff arrive?

Please have a designated parking area, closest to the entry for the staff to unload the vehicle.

When does the staff arrive?

The staff arrives 45-90 minutes prior to the serving time to set up.

How far will we travel to cater an event?

We travel up to 100 miles from Central Maryland.

Does the staff work for a gratuity?

Yes. Gratuity is included in the contract.

Is a credit card required for the reservation?

Yes, all events require a valid credit card to complete the reservation. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
